Housing Seeker Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must:

Reside in one of the following states: Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Arizona, Virginia, Ohio
Have a minimum monthly income of $1,200
Have no criminal convictions or pending felony charges
Have no pending evictions or court-ordered repayments
Be fully independent in daily living activities

Each resident receives access to

One twin or XL twin bed with full bedding

A co-roomer

Three-drawer dresser

Headboard with personal light

Welcome basket & bathroom caddy

Covered wardrobe (where available)

Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity, heating/cooling

Washer & dryer access

Fully furnished kitchen and utensils

Outdoor furniture (where applicable)

Escape plan map, security system

Fire extinguishers, smoke & CO2 detectors

Shower safety seat and railing system

In-home monitoring

Keyless auto-entry system

At this time, we are only accepting waiting list applications for Assisted Living. If you don’t qualify for Independent Living yet, please join our waiting list.

Application Process

1- Submit an application online.

2- A background check will be conducted.

3- If eligible, you’ll be contacted for an initial interview.

4- After the interview, you’ll have 48 hours to confirm your participation.

5- You must submit a valid photo ID and proof of income after approval.

6- Incomplete applications will be destroyed after 29 days.
